Administration of a Helpdesk or CRM based call logging system, use of LOTUS Notes e-mail rather than MS Outlook, working with Microsoft Windows, Office products, e-mail and the internet are the key skills. The ideal type of person will be fully customer focused with an excellent telephone manner and ability to build relationships. You will have at least 1 year`s experience of working in a busy support department or call centre dealing with calls from staff in the UK and overseas locations and you will preferably be educated to “A” level or equivalent. This is a great opportunity to get established in a big IT department that will give you the chance to move up into more challenging roles.
